At your first session we would:
- discuss your aims and expectations
- see if we can work together
- We would agree on a verbal contract (time, place, cancellations etc.)
- I would take a “diet history” so as to know what you currently eat and how it fits into your lifestyle. I may ask you to keep a food diary.
- From this I would provide initial information and advice, with specific realistic agreed targets for change.
- We would meet weekly for an agreed period of time.
